Apply and Register > Admission Information > Admission Requirements Admission RequirementsAdmission to De Anza College is open to anyone (subject to the Residency Requirements) who has a high school diploma, a General Education Diploma, a proficiency certificate, or is at least 18 years old and shows evidence of being able to benefit from the instruction offered by the college. If you have not completed high school and are at least 18 years old, you can complete your high school requirements by taking college courses. High school students are also admissible provided they have a High School Concurrent Enrollment Form signed by their high school principal or designee and by a parent or guardian.
